HubSpot & Supered: Enhancing Credit Union Processes and Training.

One of our latest initiatives in the last few months here at WebStrategies, involves piloting Supered, a software designed to layer seamlessly on top of HubSpot utilizing a Google Chrome extension. 

By testing this platform, we aim to uncover new ways to enhance operational efficiency, provide effective training solutions, and streamline processes for our credit union clients.


While we’re still exploring the full potential of Supered, early results from this pilot have shown promising benefits for one of our credit union clients. 

Here’s a closer look at what we’ve tested, why we tested it, and the transformative impact this tool could have on our clients.

 
What We’ve Tested

Our testing process has focused on using Supered to:

1. Streamline Training and Onboarding:
We’ve utilized Supered’s “cards” feature to create embedded, targeted training modules directly within HubSpot. These cards include step-by-step guides, video instructions, and tips that are accessible in real-time as the user navigates the portal.

2. Enhance Process Management:
We have strategically placed interactive icons throughout HubSpot to reinforce essential workflows, such as deal management and member record updates. These icons link to educational content, providing users with immediate access to the information they need exactly when they need it.

3. Establish Process Rules:
To reduce errors, we implemented automated warnings that activate when data is entered incorrectly. These alerts prompt users to rectify discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Why We Tested It

Our mission is to provide credit unions with tools that enhance their processes, making them more intuitive, efficient, and aligned with their goals. Supered has caught our attention due to its potential to:

  • Simplify Complex Systems: Many of our credit union clients operate with intricate workflows. Supered provides a straightforward way to deliver training and process guidelines without overwhelming their teams.
  • Improve User Experience: By embedding guidance directly within HubSpot, users can remain focused on their tasks while learning in the flow of work.
  • Enhance Scalability: Supered offers an opportunity to scale standardized workflows across teams and locations with minimal effort.

We are currently running a pilot program with Supered and are gathering feedback to improve how this tool serves our clients. We are excited to explore advanced features, like replicating workflows and automating repetitive tasks, to increase the value of this integration.
