Courtney is an organized and team focused individual who is passionate about helping others. She is a creative at heart and an organizer by trade- these attributes are what drew her toward the marketing and advertising industries.
Her career spans various industries— live theatre, restaurants, retail and even the entertainment industry. In these roles she learned adaptability, time management, prioritization, strong problem solving skills and fell in love with project management.
Throughout her roles she’s learned about the importance of empathetic storytelling. Every product needs a story and every person has a story to share by getting to know our clients we are better able to tell their stories. The same is true of project management- the more we get to know our colleagues the better able they are to tell their stories and produce incredible work.
She always strives to achieve her personal mission statement: helping people work better together while making something beautiful.
When she’s not in her boho-zen inspired home office, she can be found on her couch with 1-2 cats on her lap, next to her husband watching a bad 80’s movie.
