They have a retail store in which they sell new and used instruments, but due to the location being off the road a bit, their instrument sales were less than desired.

Owners wanted to expand the sale of new and used instruments, and wanted to increase store traffic.

Their previous website was aged and not kept up-to-date. It was primarily an online brochure, and did not include a way to feature specific new and used instruments for sale. Owners wanted the ability to showcase instruments for sale and needed a way to keep the products up-to-date. The previous website received very little customer traffic, and the owners wanted to increase traffic to increase instrument sales.

  • Redesigned the overall look and some of the content in order to more professionally showcase what they do
  • Created a new home page, which specifically features their three lines of business: Music Lessons, Instrument Repairs and Used Instruments
  • Built a product catalog of used instruments and a basic search function that enables customers to easily see what is for sale
  • Created a user-friendly administration tool that enables the owners to add/modify/delete products from the online catalog without any programming knowledge
  • Launched a search engine marketing campaign targeting the Richmond market to drive interested customers to the website
