Management wanted to update their website and improve how it converts more customers to ridesharing programs. Opportunities/Challenges/ProblemsMajor opportunities and challenges included 1) overcoming typical objections that individuals have about ridesharing, 2) making it easy for people to find out if ridesharing program existed in their area, 3) targeting a younger audience and 4) explaining to employers the benefits of ridesharing programs for their employees.
